Jan. 12 ‘Pack the Gym’ alumnae event
Trinity High School will be hosting its alumnae event alumnae “Pack-the-Gym” starting at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 12, at Trinity’s athletic facility, 7574 W. Division St., in River Forest. Trinity alumnae are invited to come and cheer on the Blazer’s basketball team, currently ranked second in the state. Trinity High School Blazers will be taking on the Vernon Hills Cougars.
Following the game, there will be a party from 5 to 7 p.m. at O’Sullivan’s Public House at 7244 Madison St., in Forest Park.

Breakfast with Santa Dec. 8
Trinity High School’s annual Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in the high school’s Sister Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility, 7574 W. Division St., in River Forest. Enjoy breakfast, crafts and pictures with Santa. Cost of admission for adults is $12.50 and for children, $6.

Entrance exam Jan. 12 at Trinity
Trinity High School will be administering its entrance exam Jan. 12 in the high school, 7574 W. Division St., in River Forest. The test begins promptly at 8 a.m. Anyone testing at Trinity will need to bring two No. 2 pencils and a $25 test fee.
Scholarships are only available to those students testing Jan. 12 at Trinity. The high school has had an increase in attendance at its eighth-grade recruitment events this year. Should this increase extend to the entrance exam and subsequent registration, the opportunity to enroll at Trinity may not be possible for those who have tested at other high schools.

Art Gallery show and concert Dec. 19
Trinity High School’s Fine Arts Department will present “Colors of Christmas,” an art gallery showing and choral concert. The gallery opens at 6:30 p.m. and the choral concert starts at 7 p.m. Dec. 19, at the high school at 7574 W. Division St., River Forest.
