Oak Park Police Blotter for Feb.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Oak Park Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
BATTERY
Constance G. Jackson, 24, of the 1200 block of Varsity Boulevard, DeKalb, was arrested at a business on the 100 block of Chicago Avenue at 9:34 a.m. Feb. 16. She is accused of striking a store clerk with a doorstop. She has an April 8 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse.
OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION
Damien Williams, 27, of the 2300 block of North Clybourn, Chicago, was arrested on charges of obstructing police efforts to establish his identity after he was stopped on the 1100 block of South Highland Avenue at 4:04 p.m. Feb. 16. When officers were able to determine his name, he was found to be wanted on a parole violation warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections.
WARRANTS
James C. Turner, 54, of the 400 block of South Wesley Avenue, was arrested at his home at 5:27 p.m. Feb. 12, on a Cook County Sheriff’s warrant for criminal damage to state-supported property. He was ordered held in lieu of $100,000 bond and has a March 21 court date at the Maybrook Courthouse.
Sara J. Hall, 36, of the 200 block of Harrison, Oak Park, was arrested on a Cook County Sheriff’s warrant for DUI after being stopped on the 1100 block of Mapleton at 5:16 p.m. Feb. 16. She was ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bond to wait for a Feb. 20 court date in Rolling Meadows.
