Manufacturer buys 95-year-old Oak Park home

OAK PARK — Chettha Saetia and Maureen E. Saetia purchased a home Sept. 25 at 647 Clarence Ave. in Oak Park from Karin Newburger Hansen. The 95-year-old, four-bedroom, two-bath, 1,856-square-foot home sold for $475,000.

Chettha Saetia is the co-founder, chief designer and vice president of the manufacturing company, McKleinUSA. He studied at Syracuse University.

Maureen E. Saetia is a supply-planning manager for Nalco Co. She studied at the University of Dayton and the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Karin Newburger Hansen is a broker and Realtor at MSK Realty, LLC.
