Physician buys 109-year-old Oak Park home

OAK PARK — Matthew Fitz and Sarah Fitz purchased a home Sept. 12 at 225 S. Harvey Ave. in Oak Park from Philip J. Baranowski. The 109-year-old, four-bed, 3.5-bath, 2,260-square-foot home sold for $525,000.
Matthew Fitz is a physician at Loyola University Health System. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
Philip Baranowski is the founder and director of the Teacher Institute in Contemporary Art.
