Investment advisor buys Oak Park home

OAK PARK — Michael W. Papciak and Kim L. Tran purchased a home Aug. 8 at 913 South Boulevard at Oak Park from Mark J. Killian and Tina M. Kuska. The 105-year-old, four-bedroom, five-bath, 2,640-square-foot home sold for $681,250.

Michael Papciak is a senior investment advisor at Harris myCFO. He studied at DePaul University.

Tina Kuska is an employee benefits tax attorney. She studied at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
