Health care exec buys Oak Park home

OAK PARK — Joel Farran and Michelle Wasson purchased a home at 525 Fair Oaks Ave. in Oak Park on July 20. The 93-year-old, three-bath, 2,430-square-foot house was sold for $785,000.
Joel Farran is divisional vice president at Health Care Services Corporation.
