Software developer buys River Forest home
RIVER FOREST — Timothy S. Thacher and Michael R. Cowden purchased a home at 735 Bonnie Brae Place in River Forest from Daniel A. Rogers and Elaine F. Marzal on July 10. The 96-year-old, 2.5 bath, 2,394 square foot home sold for $500,500.
Timothy Thacher is an embedded developer in the telecommunications industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Illinois State University.
