Dominican students perform “The Art of Dining”

Andrea Minchella (from left), Nick Bublitz and Elmwood Park’s Gaby Moreno star in the Dominican University production of “The Art of Dining” by Obie and Critic’s Circle award-winning playwright Tina Howe, at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 and 25, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, in the Performing Arts Center, Martin Recital Hall, 7900 Division St., in River Forest. “The Art of Dining” is a showcase of the often bizarre psychology of food, following three groups of characters cooking and dining in a newly opened New Jersey restaurant.
