Hephzibah kids get
customized books
Inspiration comes in many forms, however, for some children, inspiration can be hard to come by. Hephzibah House has been providing inspiration in Oak Park since 1897. Its mission is to provide a safe haven and a place to heal from the heartbreaking emotional and physical traumas many children in foster care have experienced.
The work of Hephzibah House has also inspired My Show and Tell Book creator Cobie Davis to help provide some inspiration to the children. Each child under the care of Hephzibah House will be featured in their own customized book.
My Show and Tell Book creates personalized children’s books by using photos of the child and placing that child’s image in illustrations that inspire them to believe that “anything is possible.” The illustrations place the child in real world settings and can give the child a glimpse into what the world may hold for them or just teach them about their environment.
For more information, call Cobie Davis at (773) 576-5139 or e-mail cddavis@myshowandtellbook.com.
