Oak Park police blotter: Two teens arrested for theft, burglary

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Oak Park and River Forest police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

THEFT AND BURGLARY

  • Mario Frazier, 19, of Chicago, was arrested on July 24 and charged with theft and burglary, police said. Frazier and his accomplice, a juvenile from Chicago, were picked up at around 1:30 a.m. on the 400 block of South Boulevard. Frazier was held for a bond hearing, while the juvenile offender was turned over to a parent. Frazier’s court date is set for August 1.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

  • Dukens Dorisca, 39, of Oak Park, was arrested on July 22 for violating an order of protection, police said. The arrest, which was prompted by an offense against an Oak Park resident, occurred on the 200 block Lake Street at around 11 p.m.
